According the manual of installer:

RightToLeft specifies whether the language is written from right to left. If set to yes,
text alignment and reading order will be reversed (with some intentional exceptions),
and controls will be arranged from right to left ("flipped").

I've set RightToLeft?=yes, but it seems only flipped the layout, no reverse the reading order as what you see. I will try to patch our package tool to the newest version. If it still does not work, we can do nothing.

I've upgraded our package tool to the newest version., but it seems still not work for reverse reading order. If the translation is MUST for installer, then maybe there is one thing we can do: change the Farsi I18N manually.

  1. download the Farsi.isl (attachment:Farsi.isl)
  2. find the string which appear during installation
  3. reverse these string by yourself
  4. save the Farsi.isl and send for me
  5. finally, repack it by new Farsi.isl
